The bathroom was very clean. the A/C unit was extremely loud at night.

i had a fantastic stay this summer. the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our time special, especially with the birthday surprise for my daughter. the breakfast offered a large selection of fresh options, making our mornings delightful.

It was just a suitable option for a weekend escape in London with very good value for money. The cleaning manager even offered to put another blanket in the baby cot for extra comfort. Choose a room that isn't on the ground floor for a better view.

On the downside, the air conditioning took some time to adjust, and a few unexpected noises from the hallway disrupted my sleep occasionally.

Great stay and awesome staff

Had an awesome time! Karthik was super nice, checking in to make sure everything was cool. Aarna surprised us with a sweet message on the mirror and snacks for our special occasion, which was a lovely touch. The snack bar was a hit too! Just a bit noisy from pipes at times, but not a huge deal.

The hotel is super close to Westfield Shopping Centre and the Olympic Stadium, making our trip easy. The beds were comfy, and breakfast was decent. Cleanliness was top-notch, which was a plus for us. Highly recommend for groups looking for a good spot.

Only downside was the reception staff. They seemed a bit unfriendly and not very welcoming, which put a small damper on our arrival.
